How to use:
- • Add tasks or milestones using the input field and buttons above
- • Add sub-tasks by selecting a parent task first, then click "+ Sub-task"
- • Toggle progress bars globally using the "Show Progress Bars" checkbox
- • Customize colors for task bars and progress bars in the task details panel
- • Set dependencies to ensure tasks can't start before their dependencies are completed
- • Visual warnings (⚠️) appear for tasks that violate dependency rules
- • Collapse/expand parent tasks using the arrow buttons
- • Switch timeline view between day, week, month, quarter, and year
- • Drag task bars and milestones to move them (respects dependencies)
- • Drag bar edges to extend or shorten task duration
- • Click on a task to view and edit details
- • Delete tasks using the trash icon (also deletes sub-tasks)
- • Export your chart as JSON for backup
